A competition submitted on 2018 target a new development of two new residential blocks right in front of Amstel Station, Amsterdam.  

​

The program consists of Lidl Super market, cafe and flexible working spaces on ground floor. On the street side the studio's and apartments area located while on the park side town houses and maisonettes; creating a vivid living atmosphere. All the function are contacted through a private collective court yard.

The submission is done in collaboration with Inbo , architect-associate responsible for the project being Hans Toornstra.
